1The Situation

One entity. Three identities. Zero infrastructure.

Sheepdog Security LLC, owned by Joshua Kothmann, operates three distinct brand identities under a single entity. Private security, bartending services, and event staffing. Each targeting different markets in the Bryan-College Station area. Fraternity formals, festivals, commercial properties, bars.

The existing digital presence was a single-page WordPress site with a stock layout, no SEO, and no distinction between the three brands. Internally, there was no system for financial management, no contractor credential tracking, no scheduling infrastructure, and no operational backbone.

The business was generating revenue through reputation and word-of-mouth. But it was running on paper, phone calls, and memory. That works until it doesn't.

Three different services. Three different audiences. One generic WordPress page that looked like every other local security company. The brand identities existed in Josh's head. Not anywhere a client could see them.

Building the machine from the ground up.

This engagement has two layers. The visible layer: the multi-brand website, the SEO, the social presence, the Google Business Profile. And the invisible layer. Custom operating systems that give Josh the ability to actually run three brands without drowning in spreadsheets.

Sheepdog is an active, ongoing engagement. The brand identities are taking shape, the website is under construction, and the operational systems are being designed and built in parallel. When it's finished, Josh will have a company that looks, operates, and scales like it has a team behind it. Because it does. It's just a team of one.
